PRIVATE CHEF

We start with a free consultation at your home where we discuss all that goes into making you a satisfied DIBT customer. Menu suggestions, likes, dislikes allergies and any food preferences will all be covered and customized to satisfy your culinary needs and palate.  We then select a package that suits your particular needs and eating habits.  From there a cook date will be set and planned.  The morning of our cook date I will shop for the freshest ingredients for your meals.  I will then prepare and cook your customized menu inside your kitchen using my own tools and equipment.  All food will be cooled, packaged and left in your refrigerator with proper heating instructions for all items.  Your kitchen will be spotless and your refrigerator will be stocked with delicious, healthy meals waiting for you to devour.

COOKING CLASSES

Cooking lessons will be conducting in your home with up to 6 of your friends and family.  We will prepare a 3 course meal focused on your desired cooking style and 1 technique you would like to learn or perfect.  At the end of our lesson you will have created a simple and delicious 3 course meal to enjoy now and the recipes for all the dishes for later.  Technique and cooking styles to be decided before our lesson.
